Cabanon Palace is a traditional Southern-French restaurant and rooftop wine bar on the 21st floor of the Cordial Grand Hotel, with panoramic views over Da Nang and the Han River. Since 2013, our family has cooked the recipes of Marseille, Provence and Corsica here: whole-grouper bouillabaisse, spiny lobster, prime rib, generous dishes carved and shared at the table, service à la française.

Come for a celebration with family or friends, a romantic dinner, or a glass of wine at sunset. Open Monday to Saturday, 17:00 to 22:00.
